If user's data contain any of the data described in "2.", we have rights to pend sending or receiving data and to delete partial or all data without notice. We do not guarantee or recompense any loss arised from unexpected events such as natural disasters, network/communication failures, or device failures. Moreover, we do not guarantee or recompense any loss arised from problems that are not under our control. We have rights to delete user accounts that are not used for a certain period of time. In this case, we do not notify user(s) and are not responsible for any loss. 9.
